DIY Wood Fired Ovens QLD

Welcome to the site of Do It Yourself Pizza Ovens Queensland. My name is Robert Paull and being a resident of  Queensland I feel that I understand what outdoor entertaining is all about. It can take many forms but is does centre around the food, the cooking and enjoying the weather. Most of us seek to create in our own homes an ambience that is welcoming for friends, practical for our family, easy to maintain and one that reflects our location and lifestyle. Given that most of us enjoy the outdoors, it seems so obvious that we should maximize this area too for cooking. Our wood fired ovens go a long way in providing a setting that becomes the hub for preparing food and involving the family through their participation in the cooking. Pizza parties and roasts take on a new dimension in a wood fired oven and there is also a new element of fun in the whole process. Uniquely, our oven kits allow you to create not only an oven but an oven with personality. The construction process is done in two stages (with a curing fire between each stage) then a third render can be applied to give your own artistic creativity to the final appearance. This can be done through the use of coloured render, river stones, mosaics, tiles, Australiana, aged timber, recycled materials and memorabilia. You are limited only by your imagination. The DIY kits are very simple and quick to build. The first and second stages each take about 2.5 hours to construct. Take a look at our Pizza Oven gallery and see some examples.
